The 4th Representative Council
Meeting of MEA
held on 13th April 2012 at Vanmali Hall. Com. W. Seshagiri Rao,
Com VK Tomar with his Delhi New Delhi Comrades and Com.
Adsul –CS Maharashtra Circle attended the meeting and addressed the house. Meeting was
started at 10.00 am and it closed at 7:30 pm. The election took
place for next 2 years. The following office bearers were
